About Air Quality Index
Monitor local air quality in real-time with both US AQI and European AQI scales. Track pollutants like PM2.5, PM10, ozone, nitrogen dioxide, and more. Pollen counts are also included to help those with allergies plan their day.

Air quality data facts
- PM2.5 (Fine particles): Tiny particles that penetrate deep into lungs. Main contributor to respiratory disease.
- PM10 (Coarse particles): Larger particles from dust, pollen, and mould. Can irritate eyes and airways.
- Ozone (O₃): Ground-level ozone formed by chemical reactions. High levels can cause breathing problems.
- Nitrogen Dioxide (NO₂): Mainly from vehicle exhausts. Inflames airways and reduces immunity.
- US AQI: Scale from 0 (Good) to 500+ (Hazardous). Higher numbers mean more health concerns.
- Pollen levels: Measured in grains per cubic meter. Higher counts affect people with allergies more severely.
